The Owner
Hi Everyone!
My name is Kayla and I am the owner of Tulle. I was born and raised in Clinton WI. After high school I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison on a track & field scholarship (Go Badgers!) and graduated with a bachelors degree. After graduation I moved to Minneapolis MN. I met my future husband in Minneapolis and worked as a business analyst for 8 years. We chose to move back to the Clinton area to be closer to family after our 1st son was born. After our 2nd child was born (a daughter), it became more difficult to keep up with my required work travel. That is when we heard the building Tulle is in now was going up for sale. We did a walk-through to discover the building had great potential. We then met with the wonderful original owners of the previous bridal shop to discuss the viability of a small town bridal shop. With a nudge from my husband, I decided to take the plunge and am so glad I did. I love working with brides everyday. Seeing their joy and excitement at this special time in their lives makes owning the shop so fulfilling --I can’t imagine doing anything else.
